Refunds
Since we have a consumable and hygiene product, we do not support Refund Policy. Partial refunds may apply if the product shows signs of use or damage.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase if it hasn’t been shipped yet. After shipment, please follow the return process.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with a photo for verification. We’ll replace it at no cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us.
